It has been revealed that viral pop sensation Go-Jo will represent Australia at Eurovision 2025.
Marty Zambotto, 29, will head to the competition in Switzerland in May with his newest single, Milkshake Man.
He will be the 10th act to represent Australia at Eurovision since the country joined the annual song contest a decade ago.
“I’m very focused on winning and making Australia proud,” he told ABC News Breakfast.
“It’s the most exciting honourable thing that has ever happened to me to represent such a beautiful nation. So yeah, I’m going to bring it home for Australia.”
Sydney-based Zambotto grew up in a rural town just outside of Manjimup in the south-west region of Western Australia.
He first went viral in 2023 with his hit single Mrs Hollywood, which received over 60 million digital streams and 1 billion views.
Zambotto told News Breakfast he thought it was a joke when he first got the Eurovision news.
“I remember I stood up straight away and I was like — where is Ashton Kutcher? I thought that I was being punked! It was surreal.”

He says it’s been “a lot of hard work” to get to this point.
“A lot of people only see what I put on social media. But there’s been so much years of me just, like, creating in a room with, like, weeds growing up the sides of my room.
“No-one really sees those parts of creating music. But yeah, I just love it. And I’ve done so much work on my craft.”
Zambotto says despite Australians not being able to vote for their own country in Eurovision, he hopes everyone will tune in to support him.
“Just having the support from everyone and everyone watching me on, that’s all that I could ask for.
“And accepting me messages and stuff like that, I love to reply to everyone and I love to meet everyone. So if you see me in the street, please come and say hello.”
Eurovision 2025 will take place in Basel, Switzerland, in May.
