The Traitors winner Harry Clark shows off his incredible two-stone weight loss transformation with before-and-after snaps

Harry Clark took to Instagram on Monday to show off his impressive two-stone weight loss transformation in a before-and-after snap.
The Traitors winner, 23, proudly showed off his new physique as he went shirtless for a mirror selfie in his gym.
In the before snap, Harry wore green swimming shorts as he posed in front of the sea while enjoying a vacation abroad.
He revealed that the before snap was taken in August and at the time he weighed 100+kg’s, whereas he now weighs 85kg’s.
He captioned his post with: ‘1st December reminder to myself (Christmas tree and Santa emoji)’
‘Also, remember to always look at how far you’ve come! The first photo is me currently sat around 85kg’s feeling like nothings really changed, then the second photo is me in august on holiday at 100+kg.

He also posted several snaps of his girlfriend Anna Maynard, the sister of popstar Conor Maynard, whom he began dating in April 2022
‘People always say to me they swear I never needed to loose weight before, however the proof is in the pudding, I was a chubby bunny.’
‘Mad to think it’s just the start, who knows where I’ll be next August. Hope everyone’s had a good week, I’m currently deeping the fact this time next week I’ll be 24 (celebration emoji) which is mad, but what a year 23 has been (love heart emoji).’
The TV star also gave a glimpse into what his life has looked like for the past few months as he shared several gym mirror selfies, a slew of vacation snaps, and pictures of his girlfriend Anna Maynard.
Harry previously shared that he lost six pounds in just four days at intense 1st Class Bootcamp he attended with Anna.
The intense, structured program had not only helped him lose weight, but also regain a sense of mental clarity that had eluded him for a while.
The Series Two winner previously opened up about struggling with his mental health after finding fame on the BBC show.
The British Army engineer told the Monday Mile Podcast with Aimee Fuller, ‘It’s so weird, my life’s been very 50/50, the whole way through.’
‘I mean, there’s obviously good and bad to it. The bad probably from the four months, and that the success of the show is probably losing myself a little bit.’

In one snap, Anna beamed and struck up a silly pose outside the Padium Padel Club in London ahead of a workout

In another selfie snap the TV favourite donned a casual ensemble and a pair of cool glasses as he enjoyed a stroll
‘Obviously, a council kid from Slough, I go to these events, you finish a drink, or you finish a glass of Prosecco, soon as you finish it, you get another one in your hand.’
‘And then I’m looking around to pay the bill, and there’s no one to pay. So I’ve just been making the most out of it for four months.’
‘So I lost my training, and I sort of lost myself a little bit mentally, but just carried on working and now I’m sort of finding that balance.’
Harry won The Traitors’ £95,000 prize in January after deceiving his fellow contestants, including Faithful runner-up Mollie Pierce.
He quickly became a fan favourite on the reality programme hosted by Claudia Winkleman due to his warm and cheeky chappy personality.
However, this was a far cry from how he felt in the years leading up to the show, and Harry admitted he previously hit ‘rock bottom’.
He said: ‘At around 21, I went through a bad time. I was in the darkest place you could possibly be.’
‘I had feelings of wanting to end it all. I was quite an angry kid. But the Army moulded my characteristics and made me the man I am today.’
‘I began facing my emotions and learned to give myself time to be angry and sad. I started to set myself time limits to process my feelings. Afterwards, I’d tell myself I couldn’t waste any more time being angry or upset.’

‘I had a realisation that time is the most important thing and I didn’t want to waste it. In the Army, I was that guy people would talk to. All I want to do is help. It’s a lonely world and it’s easy to be blinded by mental health.’
Reflecting on his The Traitors win, Harry said he was still working when it aired but has since quit the army.
A constant in his rise to success has been his girlfriend Anna, sister of popstar Conor Maynard, whom he began dating in April 2022.
It comes after Harry’s series of The Traitors won the National Television Award for best reality competition, beating the likes of The Apprentice, Celebrity Big Brother, Love Island and Race Across the World.
