The football WAG has been documenting the extensive renovations on social media for months.

Bec, who recently returned from a whirlwind global work trip for her fashion brand Jaggad, took to Instagram on Thursday to reveal that she is preparing to list the property for sale.

‘Exciting times ahead as we have a new project in the works,’ Bec teased, captioning a photo of the property exterior.

‘It’s time to say goodbye and sell our Arthur’s Seat beauty,’ she added, before tagging Ben Vietth, director of Melbourne real estate agent Marshall White.

The mother-of-four also shared a photo showing the landscaping with the caption: ‘she’s so stunning’ and another of the ‘insane’ bathroom.

She then reposted photos from Ben’s Instagram, which were captioned: ‘One of the most special listings coming soon. Reach out now.’

Back in November, Bec unveiled the results of the stunning renovation which had taken years to complete.

The holiday home is located at Main Ridge near Arthur’s Seat, 85 kilometres from Melbourne.

Bec bought the home for $1.2m with husband Chris Judd when she was still pregnant with their twin boys.

After welcoming sons Darcy and Tom in 2016, Bec said she put plans to renovate the property on the back burner.

Construction was performed by prestige firm The Melbourne Builder and Co. earlier this year.

‘We’re taking out [walls] and making the living spaces bigger,’ Bec said in a video she posted in June.

The former model described the new design for the property as ‘country ranch’ and revealed plans for a lavish kitchen.

She also said the new pad will feature Patagonia, a quartzite stone from South America and supplied by Melbourne company Signorino.

‘Its very bold and it helps to elevate a warm neutral palette,’ she said.

An animated designer’s clip also shared in the post revealed that Bec plans to use the lavish stone for a breakfast island.

Bec took to social media to announce she was planning to donate the entire contents of the original home to charity.

Bec and Chris, 40, also own a $7.3million Brighton, Melbourne mansion.

Bec’s announcement comes after she revealed a very expensive peril of pet ownership.

She shared a photo to her Instagram this week of the dirty couch after her dog Snoop rubbed his back on it.

The image revealed dark marks across the back of the light coloured lounge.

‘When you get a new cream couch and the dog decides it’s his favourite back rubbing/ scratching place,’ Rebecca wrote, adding a face palm emoji.

The Judd family welcomed Snoop, a Rhodesian ridgeback, into their home in August 2023.

During Bec’s recent work trip, she found time to mix business with pleasure, and in addition to luxury hotels and fancy dinners, she did a spot of shopping.

In a post to Instagram Stories earlier this month, Bec showed off her band new sneakers from a top fashion brand.

She sported the suede Chloe Kicks, which retail for an incredible $1100.

‘New shoes. Long story,’ Bec bragged in her caption while flaunting the crisp new pair of shoes.

Bec has once again been demonstrating she knows how to travel in style as she checked into one of London’s most exclusive and expensive hotels, just days after her luxurious trip to Dubai.

The star gave fans a glimpse inside her lavish stay at Claridges, where rooms average a staggering $1,200 per night.
