Lauren and Clint, who have been at the centre of major conflict following the explosive Couples Retreat, will be a no-show at Wednesday night’s gathering, instead opting for a private dinner filmed in their apartment after negotiating with producers.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Clint, 43, didn’t hold back in slamming the dinner party format, claiming it had become a performative spectacle rather than a place for real discussions.

The controversial couple refused to partake in what they claim is a ‘toxic environment’ filled with manufactured drama. 

‘The dinner parties were an absolute circus,’ he said.

‘Everyone was just trying to be the loudest, the most dramatic. It wasn’t about genuine conversations, it was just people performing for airtime.’
