Love Island: All Stars villa ‘left in chaos as star suffers head injury after passing out – as show medics are called in’

Love Island: All Stars filming was reportedly left in chaos this weekend after a star suffered a head injury after passing out while in the villa.
Casey O’Gorman, 28, was rushed to show medics during a break from filming, The Sun reports.
They claim Casey was taking a break at the front of the villa where the cast are allowed to vape when he began to feel dizzy.
A source told the publication: ‘All of a sudden Casey felt wobbly and then passed out. He bashed his head on the way down and everyone rushed to attend him.
‘He came round quite quickly and was checked over by the medics but then had to wear a plaster and bandage on his head. It meant he was pulled from filming for hours.
‘Everything is manic at the moment getting the content needed working up to Monday’s final so losing such a key cast member as Casey wasn’t ideal to say the least.’

He reportedly then had to wear a bandage on his forehead after the incident.
ITV has been contacted by MailOnline for comment.
A show source said on Sunday: ‘Casey is absolutely fine. He was quickly checked over by the team’s dedicated on site medic.’
It comes after the Love Island villa was rocked by a series of shock text messages on Friday evening’s episode that revealed three couples were at risk of being dumped.
After enjoying romantic Valentine’s Day meals with their partners, the Islanders soon had their night ruined by the surprise news someone would be heading home.
Elma and Sammy, Catherine and Omar, and Harriett and Ronnie were revealed to be vulnerable following the public vote.
The contestants found themselves in the bottom three after viewers had voted for their favourite couples at the end of Friday’s episode.
However in a twist, it was announced that their fate now lays in the hands of dumped Islanders, who will now get to chose which couple’s stay, and who goes home.
But fans were all left saying the same thing as they urged producers to ditch the ‘pointless’ system and let the final decision be made by the public.

Casey has been coupled up with Gabby on this series, with the pair going from strength to strength
Sharing their thoughts on X, they posted: ‘Absolutely the correct bottom 3 imo. It’s just a shame that the ex islanders pick who goes, I’d be interested to see who got the least public votes. I can’t call it’;
‘Been the worst series for dumpings. Should have dumped the bottom two and had the returning islanders choose another. Don’t think they should do another all stars after this’;
‘I guess this not a reality show You choose who you give screen time and that’s unfair to others’; ‘How about our votes should of dumped a couple from the island? Otherwise what we voting for?’
Elsewhere in the episode, Casey was praised by Love Island viewers as he roasted his fellow islanders.
During the latest ITV2 show, the stars in the South African villa took part in the annual talent show which saw Curtis Pritchard show off his dancing moves, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Elma Pazar display their musical skills and Gabby Allen performing a tap dance routine.
However, it was Casey who stole the show with his ventriloquist act, Salty, as he impersonated his fellow islanders and stirred the pot by bringing up old drama.
Leaving the islanders in hysterics, he poked fun at Elma and Sammy’s nine year age gap and then moved on to Curtis having his head turned for Danielle before going back to Ekin.
Love Island viewers branded the skit as ‘TV gold’ as they loved the fact Casey hid behind the ‘puppet to express his real feelings’.
They wrote: ‘Not Casey using the puppet to TERROR the whole villa!; Nah Casey saying Elma used to babysit Sammy is hilarious; I am CRYING …this is full on tv GOLD, give Casey the crown NOW.’
During the talent show Harriett kicked things off, wowing as a cheerleader with her acrobatic display, with viewers impressed with her signature move – the splits.
Next up was Omar who inexplicably donned a cowboy hat to show off some balloon art. A shy Gabby tap danced before Sammy performed some circus skills with the help of Casey.

A nervous Elma fought her fears to play Ed Sheeran classic Perfect on the violin before Catherine showed off her cake decorating skills whilst Luca got the Villa dancing by belting out a song from The Wanted.
Ronnie had a kick about with a football whilst Curtis, of course, treated the Islanders to an iconic mix of his dancing styles from Cha Cha to Samba and breakdancing.
Grace showed off her rhythmic gymnast skills before last up was Ekin-Su, who got the emotions going with a moving piano performance that even saw some of her fellow Islanders welling up.
At the end of the show, the Islanders voted Ekin-Su the winner of the talent show meaning she won a night in the Hideaway with beau Curtis, much to their excitement.
