Katie Price and Kerry Katona have revealed they are releasing a new single together as they teased an exciting project in an Instagram post on Thursday.

Former glamour model Katie, 46, and former Atomic Kitten star Kerry, 44, are currently rehearsing for their Cinderella pantomime in Northwich this Christmas.

And after a gruelling day of rehearsals, Kerry and Katie revealed to fans that ‘a single is on its way’. 

Katie wrote: ’25 years of friendship and our first show together after the jungle and me and @kerrykatona7 have smashed box office sales… wait for our new single’

Kerry added: ’25 years of friendship and we’ve smashed it!! Watch this space… single on its way.’

The pair, who have signed up for a spellbinding stint as the wicked stepsisters in Cinderella, will entertain audiences this Christmas at Northwich Memorial Court.

The Sun revealed that with rehearsals underway, Katie has decided to live with Kerry, who lives conveniently close to the pantomime’s venue.

In light of Kerry’s recent split from her fiancé Ryan Mahoney, it seems that Katie is stepping in as not just a co-star but a pillar of support during this shaky period.

Last month, the pair were pictured out as they enjoyed a vape break while seen for the first time outside the theatre.

Kerry recently told how her six year relationship with fitness trainer Ryan was over and revealed he’d moved out.

It was later said Kerry was ‘devastated’ over the break-up, especially as he was ‘like a father’ to her children.

They added that the media personality is trying to be strong for Molly, 21, Lilly-Sue, 20, Heidi, 16, Max, 14, and eight-year-old DJ.

Writing in her OK! Magazine column previously, Kerry penned: ‘Last week I spoke about how Ryan and I were having a tough time and now he has moved out of the house.

‘We are no longer together and It’s been a really tough week – I never in a million years thought this would happen. Without going into too much detail, there has been a breach of trust between us.’

She continued: ‘I don’t know if we’ll be able to work it out or not, but I do still love him so much. I feel like everything has heaped on recently and it’s so much to deal with, I am really struggling.

‘But I know I can get through it no matter what happens, I’ve been through break-ups before and come out the other side, so we just need to see what happens.’

It comes after Kerry appeared to take a swipe at Ryan as she danced wildly in a joyous Instagram clip.

Taking to social media Kerry threw her arms up in the air while shaking her stuff to Adele’s Rolling In The Deep and glanced into the camera while miming the line ‘we could have had it all’.

The former I’m A Celeb winner then revealed she had had been for therapy with This Morning stars The Speakmans and ‘couldn’t remember the last time she woke up so happy’.
