Jennifer Lopez is making the rounds at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.

As she promoted her upcoming movie musical Kiss of the Spider Woman, the two-time Grammy nominee, 55, looked radiant while rocking a glamorous makeup look and fresh blowout. 

For the occasion, the Jenny From the Block singer wore a white jumpsuit, which she accessorized with a thin brown belt with a coin purse attached to it.

She completed her chic ensemble with wedge-heeled boots and a cropped white jacket that added to the après ski feel of the ensemble. 

The Marry Me star’s skin looked glowing as she sat inside the IndieWire Studio 2025 and did interviews.

While inside, the mother-of-two spoke about her passion for the project, saying she felt born to play this role.

‘I never felt in my life that I was born to play a part ever. And I really felt that with this,’ Lopez said of her character, screen star Ingrid Luna per People.

‘Love is just love and people are just people. And for me, that resonated very deeply because of my own life and my own children. And so I really took to it so immediately and was so excited.’

The 2025 film is a reimagining of the 1993 Broadway musical and 1985 movie of the same name. 

The new Kiss of the Spider Woman stars Diego Luna as Valentin Arregui, a political prisoner during Argentina’s civil war in the 1980s who is incarcerated alongside Luis Molina, portrayed by Tonatiuh, 30.

Bill Conlon, who directed Chicago and Dreamgirls, is helming the film and Lopez called working with him ‘a dream come true.’

‘I did Selena  years ago, but it was not my voice,’ she said. ‘They wanted to use her voice. I did dance a little, but there wasn’t much choreography. So this was my first musical.’

Tonatiuh spoke about watching Jennifer work, calling it a ‘mastery.’ 

‘It was watching a mastery of work to see you before every single time,’ Tonatiuh told his costar.

‘Mind you, we literally were shooting a number a day. We would go in, we would shoot the number, and then the set would be gone the next day and we would go off to the next one.’

‘I would’ve liked to have had a whole year to do a big musical like this, but we didn’t have that, this independent film,’ Lopez said, adding that Indie films are ‘labors of love.’

The film, which is produced by Ben Affleck and Matt Damon’s Actor’s Equity, doesn’t have a distributor or release date yet. 

On Saturday night, JLo surprised clubgoers partying at TAO Park City by jumping behind the DJ booth to sing along to some of her early aughts pop hits.

The pop diva warmed her two-and-a-half-octave lyric soprano pipes during a ’10-minute’ impromptu performance that ‘stunned’ the Utah crowd – according to The Hollywood Reporter.

‘I love you guys, thank you so much!’ Lopez shouted on the mic.

The two-time Grammy nominee – who still averages 23.7M monthly listeners on Spotify – joined DJ Chase B behind the decks set up on stage during the Casamigos-sponsored bash.

Jennifer – who boasts 388.7M social media followers – also Instastoried a video of herself grooving along to her 2005 track Get Right.

Lopez – who gets 25.1M monthly listeners on Spotify – has a notorious reputation in the music industry for passing off the vocals of African-American singers like Ashanti, Christina Milian, and Brandy as her own.

For instance in 2002, the Super Bowl LIV halftime performer not only kept the entire Jenny from the Block chorus and bridge performed by her back-up vocalist Natasha Ramos on the finished record, she even kept her giggles from the original demo.

The JLo Beauty founder let loose alongside her Unstoppable co-star Jharrel Jerome and her Kiss of the Spider Woman co-star Tonatiuh as well as vocal coach Stevie Mackey.

Jennifer just landed in Utah to attend the world premiere of Kiss of the Spider Woman this Sunday night at 6pm at Eccles Theatre in Park City during the Sundance Film Festival.

Lopez took on three different characters – Leni Lamaison, Marta, and Spider Woman – in Bill Condon’s big-screen version of the 1992 West End musical co-starring Tonatiuh and Diego Luna.

Parade asked the Atlas producer-star on January 8 if the Kiss of the Spider Woman remake will be on par with Wicked.

She replied: ‘It’s a beautiful movie, but it’s very different than Wicked.

‘It feels in a way more indie, but it’s impactful and important and relevant. I’m very excited for people to see it.’

Lopez and the 52-year-old Oscar winner Affleck’s divorce will be officially finalized on February 20.

Last week, the Let’s Get Loud singer toured a $20M off-market mansion near his $20.5M five-bedroom, six-bathroom Pacific Palisades mansion.

The couple formerly known as ‘Bennifer’ still need to sell their $68M 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom mega mansion in Beverly Hills, which they originally paid $60.85M for in May 2023.

On February 22, Jennifer will celebrate the 17th birthdays of her fraternal twins – Emme Maribel Muñiz and Maximilian David Muñiz – from her seven-year marriage to ex-husband #3 Marc Anthony, which ended in 2011.
