Helen Flanagan set pulses racing in a busty black evening gown as she got glammed up for a Galentines event on Saturday – before shocking fans with an unrecognisable throwback snap.

The former Coronation Street actress, 34, looked nothing short of sensational in the figure-hugging dress, which boasted a halterneck design and a cut-out in the middle to flaunt her ample assets.

She added inches to her height with a strappy pair of heels and slicked back her blonde tresses for a wet-look hairstyle.

Helen added glitzy earrings and a watch but chose not to wear a necklace, instead letting the glamorous ensemble speak for itself. 

The star posed up a storm at the event with Fake Bake UK, as she quipped that ‘loving yourself is the most important kind of love’.

She also shared a sneak peek into the dinner event, which featured a candlelit table and lots of goodies from the brand on display.

She looked worlds away from her current self with jet black curly hair – a far cry from her current blonde tresses.

The soap star wrote in her caption: ‘Galentines with @fakebake_uk. Loving yourself is the most important kind of love.

‘I love @fakebake_uk and they have tanned me for years. I’ll never forget my first spray tan. I was 14 and I have really pale skin and I just felt amazing.

‘I went to this school ball and I remember this lad liked me and I was like it’s because of my spray tan and I’ve been tan obsessed since x swipe to the end for the most hilarious picture.’

It comes just after Helen put on a busty display in a pink lace lingerie set as she joked to her followers that her breasts used to be ‘so saggy’ she could ‘tie them in bows’. 

The mother-of-three, who shares Matilda, nine, Delilah, six, and Charlie, three, with her footballer ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair, revealed why she opted for a boob job after losing volume in her breasts due to breastfeeding.

In January 2023, the former Coronation Street star visited Pall Mall Cosmetics in a bid to ‘regain confidence in her body’ and address the ‘loss of volume’ in her breasts.

Helen shared in a recent Instagram post: ‘I get asked a lot about my boob job in my DMs. I breast fed 3 babies for 3 years in total.’

She added humorously: ‘At the end you could have tied my boobs in a bow (laughing emoji) though I have no regrets at all in breast feeding my babies❤️✨.’

Helen went on to explain that she had her breast enlargement surgery performed by Mr. Hussain, who made her feel comfortable and in good hands.

She said: ‘I went with @pallmallcosmetics and I had Breast Enlargement with Mr Hussain, who made me feel really comfortable and I felt in good hands.’

‘I’m glad I didn’t have to have a lift and I could have them naturally lifted by the implants.’

Helen further elaborated that after a few consultations, she decided on a 340CC Motiva Round implant with dual plane placement.

She said: ‘I had a few consultations until I was truly happy with the decision of my implant size which were 340cc – Motiva Round – opted for dual plane placement x.

‘I lost a lot of weight from my break up and I didn’t want my boobs to be too big for my frame but I needed them to fill out the skin that needed lifting. Now they are just perfect for my frame and I feel they are really natural, like my boobs before my kids.’

Reflecting on her past struggles with body image, she added: ‘When I look back to when I really wanted my surgery done it was sad as I didn’t feel confident and sexy with their dad, I always had to have a bra on and I was so self conscious about my boobs.

Helen broke up with her ex-Scott Sinclair, 35, in 2022 after thirteen years together, four of which they were engaged

‘I remember crying in the shower after when I finished feeding Delilah as I just didn’t feel like me and I was so self conscious of my boobs and how the skin just sagged, even though there dad always said I was beautiful.’

Helen also revealed that she waited until after having her youngest, Charlie, to undergo surgery.

She added: ‘I knew I wasn’t done having babies though so I waited till after Charlie to have my boobs done. Before kids I was a natural E cup and after 3 pregnancies and 3 years of breast feeding I couldn’t even fit a B cup bra without it being baggy.’

‘I don’t regret any of my breast feeding, it was such a beautiful, precious part of my life and I loved the bonding with the babies….’

‘I don’t think I’ll ever have a baby again though, I think it’s sad as women to say “that’s me done now, never ever again” so I’d rather say it’s highly unlikely for me that I will ever have another baby again.’

She explained: ‘I think because for me it would be nice to get my life a bit calmer again and being a mum and struggling on and off sometimes with mental health it can be hard,’

‘So I’d rather just put all my focus on my beautiful babies that I do have and our bonds will just get closer (i hope) the older they get x’

The star split from long-term partner Scott, who she shares three children with, in 2022 after 13 years together and is now in a relationship with former footballer Robbie Talbot.
