EastEnders stars Danielle Harold and Max Bowden have unfollowed each other after starring on Celebrity Antiques Road Trip together.
The actors, who were axed from the BBC soap in 2023 and 2024, respectively, reunited to feature on a special edition of the auction show, which aired on Friday.
But, despite discussing their close friendship on the episode, the pair now appear to have had a mysterious feud.
Danielle, who exited the soap when her character Lola Pearce died following a battle with a terminal brain tumour, said: ‘We’re really close, really close.’
Speaking to Ishy Khan on Celebrity Antiques Road Trip, she added: ‘It’s nice to do something fun. With EastEnders, our storylines are really heavy and really sad.
Ishy added of Danielle and Max’s friendship: ‘You can tell there’s love there.’

Dannielle continued: ‘Yeah, there is. He loves me really. He pretends like he don’t, but be does.’
Max added: ‘We did some really dark and beautiful storylines together so we’ve spent a lot of time in each other’s pockets, which is why we’re so comfortable with each other.’
A source told The Sun: ‘It’s all very strange. Max and Danielle used to be so close – even after they left the show. But to unfollow each other so publicly seems so strange.’
MailOnline has contacted representatives for Max and Danielle for comment.
The actor starred as Ben Mitchell on EastEnders left the soap last year after four years after he reportedly received warnings from bosses about his off-screen behaviour.
The Sun on Sunday claimed that the decision not to renew Max’s contract was made after they had to discipline him.
A source said: ‘Max is ready to move on. He is proud of his time on the show and what he has achieved but he is focused on new projects and what he is doing next.’
It was reported that the actor had decisions with bosses for a chat with executives about his drama offscreen in 2022.

A TV source said: ‘Max was called in for a chat by executives. He is an extremely talented actor and was always a real pro on set. However, there were concerns that his partying lifestyle away from the set could start to prove a distraction.’
After leaving EastEnders, Danielle was campmate on the 2023 series of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! and was the fifth star to be voted out.
Despite exiting EastEnders last year, Danielle made returned on Christmas Day, in a message recorded by Lola to show her daughter Lexi after her death.
The scenes saw Lola speaking to her partner Jay Brown (Jamie Borthwick) and her daughter Lexi (Isabella Brown) as they opened their Christmas presents.
