Cristiano Ronaldo was left livid as Al-Nassr fell six points behind in the Saudi Pro League title race.

Ronaldo opened the scoring in Al-Nassr’s 2-1 defeat at home to Al-Qadsiah after capitalising on hesitancy from goalkeeper Koen Casteels.

However, Julian Quinones soon equalised for Al-Qadsiah before former Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang netted what proved to be the winner shortly after half time.

Al-Nassr are six points behind league leaders Al-Hilal, who have played a game fewer and are in action away to Al-Khaleej on Saturday.

Ronaldo hasn’t won a league title since the 2019-20 campaign when he was at Juventus, and it appears that his lengthy wait may continue.

As usual, Ronaldo has made a significant contribution for Al-Nassr this season – he has scored seven goals in ten league games so far.
