The TV personality told The Sunday Times that the first item of clothing she ever bought with her own money was a denim skirt.
The WAG revealed that her mother wouldn’t let her have one because she thought they looked cheap despite begging for one.
She then snuck off to a market in Liverpool and snapped one up aged 10.

Coleen revealed that for a date night with the football star, she now opts for a more casual looks.
She said: ‘If we were going out for a local meal I’d wear jeans, flats and a fine knit. If we were going to a concert I’d get heels on with jeans.’
The brunette beauty told the paper she doesn’t really have time to pamper herself anymore with her children running about the place.
‘If you give me all day I’ll take all day. If you give me half an hour I’d work with that.
‘I do like the longer the better, but I don’t get that anymore with kids. Years ago we’d prep all day on Saturday, I’d get a friend round and we’d get ready with a glass of wine.’
And while Coleen may miss getting glam, one thing she doesn’t miss are her fluorescent Marc Jacobs moon boots.
