Cher, 78, turns back time in see-through bodysuit as she sings at SNL 50: The Homecoming Concert

Cher rocked a see-through bodysuit as she took the stage at SNL 50: The Homecoming Concert at Radio City Music Hall this week.
The 78-year-old musical icon was part of a dazzling lineup of celebrities who packed into the venue to honor a half-century of Saturday Night Live.
Produced by Saturday Night Live boss Lorne Michaels and musician Mark Ronson, the special is scheduled to air on NBC and Peacock this Sunday.
But fans were able to catch a glimpse of Cher’s performance a bit early as footage surfaced of her singing one of her greatest hits.
Wearing a black fishnet outfit that showed off her age-defying figure, she delivered a soaring rendition of her 1989 classic If I Could Turn Back Time.
Her jaw-dropping ensemble was mostly transparent, flaunting her sculpted physique including her shapely derriere as she stalked the stage.

Cher was also able to demonstrate how well she has preserved her powerful vocal chops over decades of singing around the world.
She belted out the number to a rapturous response from the audience, which included Saturday Night Live stalwarts like Tina Fey.
The lineup of performers included a starry list of names such as Miley Cyrus, Bad Bunny, The Roots, Arcade Fire, Backstreet Boys, Bonnie Raitt, Brandi Carlile, Chris Martin, David Byrne, Lady Gaga and several more.
Sunday night’s telecast is scheduled to last for a staggering three hours, promising plenty of entertainment for longstanding fans of the sketch show.
Jimmy Fallon, who became a star on Saturday Night Live before he broke into his current career as a late-night talk show host, is compering the event.
Cher’s thunderous new concert comes after she published the first half of her two-volume memoir last year, debuting at the top of the New York Times bestseller list.
The new book, published in November as Cher: The Memoir – Part One, chronicled her difficult childhood and her rise to superstardom.
Rolling through the early decades of her career, the book also lifted the curtain on her turbulent marriages to Sonny Bono and Gregg Allman.

Part Two of the memoir is scheduled for release at some point this year, although Cher has not announced an exact publication date.
A couple of years ago, Cher fired up her Twitter and let fans in on the workout regime that has helped her stay in such exquisite shape.
‘Just came up from,Abs, Zumba,Yoga,Wall Sits,’ she wrote, noting that she also planned to go to a ‘step class’ the following day and work on ‘different abs.’
Back in 2013, when she was in her 60s, she said: ‘I exercise about five times a week because it’s something I’ve always done and I just enjoy it. I try to play the age card with my trainer but she just doesn’t go for it,’ via Hello!.
