Britney Spears reveals she’d sleep OUTSIDE to avoid toxic ex during tropical break in shock post

Britney Spears dished on a toxic ex in a shock Instagram post this week.

The songstress, 42, who is holidaying in Turks and Caicos, reflected on bad memories of tropical vacations past in a sultry post which showed her dancing in lingerie.

The singer – whose exes include Justin Timberlake, Kevin Federline and recent former husband Sam Asghari – said she and the unnamed ex would fight every time they visited the islands and she would sleep outside to avoid him. 

She wrote: ‘I’m honestly not ashamed to say this, but whenever me and my ex would come here, we fought … Not one time did I sleep in bed with him !!! I got a pillow and would sleep outside … I like the sound of the fountain outside !!! 

‘I wanted to whisper the secrets of the universe… I’ve stayed inside a lot this trip because it’s insanely hot !!! But think I might just sleep in the baby courtyard tonight.’

She modeled a barely-there, see through bra and panties set that left little to the imagination, showing off her derriere and cleavage.

Her bleached locks were styled in waves and cascaded over her shoulders as she performed an interpretive dance to the music. 

The Lucky singer took to the caption to reflect on her deep appreciation for Turks and Caicos, calling it a beautiful, exotic place that evokes strong feelings of connection with ‘mother nature’ and her spirituality.

Britney’s most recent ex is third husband Sam Asghari. The pair split after only  14 months of marriage last year.

On Tuesday the Baby One More Time songstress could be seen striking a variety of poses as she flaunted the look inside what appeared to be a spacious hotel room. 

The star donned a white, lace corset top that was held up with thin straps that wrapped around her shoulders. 

Spears additionally wore a pair of white, drawstring bottoms and slipped into a pair of open-toed, brown heels. 

Britney’s blonde locks were styled into a half up do, allowing the strands to flow down in light waves past her shoulders.

For a finishing touch, the Toxic hitmaker also added a layer of mascara to her lashes and a bold red tint to her lips. 

Spears flashed a cheerful smile as she strutted towards the camera, and also showed off a few of her favorite poses. 

Throughout the clip, the track titled I Got So High That I Saw Jesus by Noah Cyrus, played in the background. 

Britney filmed the reel while standing in front of brown double doors that led to another room.

In an Instagram video, Spears wore a stylish, hot pink bikini as she showed off her dance skills inside a spacious bathroom. 

The star explained to her fans, ‘I made this edit backwards !!! Hebrew is read right to left and it’s their language and how they speak !!!’ 

‘I have Hebrew written on my neck that says “Mem Hey Shin” which means “healing, strength, and good health” !!! It comes from the 72 names of God!!!’ 

Britney added, ‘By scanning these words and meditating on them it has been proven to change peoples lives and create miracles !!! I studied it when I was younger but I haven’t in a while!!!’ 

‘But I do feel like I’m going through something spiritual in my life right now,’ Spears revealed, adding, ‘and I’m sharing this because there actually was a time in my life when i was really religious with it but honestly probably too religious!!!’

And earlier this month, Britney declared that she was ‘married’ again in a post uploaded one year after her divorce from Sam Asghari.
