Awkward moment Tommy Fury brushes over question about his split with ex-fiancée Molly-Mae Hague as he claims ‘everything’s been out there publicly’
Tommy Fury brushed over a question about his split with ex-fiancée Molly-Mae Hague during an appearance on Heart FM Breakfast on Tuesday.
The professional boxer has continued to dodge claims he cheated on the entrepreneur, both 25, since they announced their shock split over the summer.
Tommy – who shares daughter Bambi, 21 months, with the influencer – insisted ‘everything’s been out there publicly’ when asked if he had anything to address on their split.
Host Amanda Holden asked: ‘We have to ask you just the one question. You’ve been hounded left, right and centre. Is there anything that you’d like to say here about your recent split with Molly Mae? ‘
Tommy replied: ‘Not really. I mean, at the end of the day, everything’s been out there publicly. But one thing I do want to say is, you know that it’s my family, it’s my daughter and Molly’s the girl who gave me Bambi.

‘You know, that’s the best thing in my life, and it will ever be the best thing in my life.
‘So, I love them both till the day I die, and we’re just going to handle everything in private, because, you know, everything’s been out there for the public to see.
‘But I think the next step, the next steps, are definitely going to be in private.’
When Molly-Mae announced she called off her engagement, she told fans she didn’t think it would end in the way it did.
Since then, fans have continued to speculate that Tommy cheated on the former Love Island star.
But, in his first interview since their split last month, Tommy told The Mail his side of the story and said he ‘absolutely did not cheat on her.’
Tommy admitted: ‘It is proper love. Do I still love Molly? 100 per cent. I will love her until my final breath.’
‘I know what I have to do in order to resolve things. And that’s down to me. Nobody else can do that other than me.’

Reports at the time claimed Tommy was dumped by her after he ‘cheated on her with a Danish woman he met’ on a holiday in North Macedonia.
Addressing the rumours he said: ‘All the allegations that were made of me recently are completely false. The truth will come out in time and when it does I think a lot of people might regret their actions and unkind words.
‘What the public thinks is going on isn’t what is going on. It’s not something I envisaged happening, but it didn’t come out of nowhere. It’s a thing that was there previously to all this happening, but the only people who know what is going on in our relationship is me and Molly.’
Last week, Tommy found himself in hot water as he appeared on This Morning to speak about his first memoir Lighting Can Strike Twice: My Life.
Tommy was hammered with questions from hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard.
On addressing the accusation that he cheated on Molly-Mae and his denial in the book, Tommy simply said: ‘A lot of stuff has been put out there.
‘The whole world has seen what we’ve been going through for the past few months, but yeah, I added a last chapter [in the book] where I talked about all my feelings and how I felt during this time and to keep everybody up to date.
‘It has been tough but you can read about it in there.’

He added: ‘Me and Molly and Bambi are a family unit, and we’re going to tackle this in private.’
Quizzed about whether he wants to get back together with Molly because the pair and Bambi seem like a ‘wonderful team’, he said: ‘Yeah. Like I say, it’s my family and I love them until the day I die.
‘There’s been a lot of critics out there, and there will be critics out there until the day I die.
‘Everyone will point the finger when there’s a bandwagon to jump on. But at the end of the day, out of respect to Molly, and out of respect for myself and our relationship, I’m going to let us deal with that in private, as much as we can.
‘I’m just happy to be here today and talk about my book. I want to leave all that stuff to me and Molly, because we owe the respect to ourselves to do that.’
Despite some ‘hard times’ following the pair’s split, Tommy insisted he is now ‘feeling good’ and he has been knuckling down with his boxing training, promoting his book and looking after Bambi.
