Ashley Roberts put on a busty display as she worked up a sweat in the gym. 

The former Pussycat Doll, 43, showed off her svelte figure in a skimpy two piece as she snapped a series of mirror selfies in the gym on Wednesday. 

She made sure to show off her abs in a plunging dark brown bra and a pair of matching leggings. 

The star was in full sports mode as she swept her blonde hair back in to a slick bun but made sure to bring some glamour to her exercise regime with a hint of make-up. 

Taking to Instagram, Ashley encouraged her followers to get active, revealing she had been feeling unmotivated and after being stuck in traffic was not in the mood for a workout. 

But as she danced away in the mirror, she confessed she felt much better after working up a sweat.

She wrote over her seflie: ‘Hardly slept. Wasn’t motivated. Traffic was horrendous so I was late (which I hate?) BUT I feel SO much better for going! Thx @lewisprosser

‘This is your reminder to show up for yourself even when it’s tough! Do something nice for yourself today ok! Love ya’.

Ashley’s gym session comes after she cut a casual figure in a pair of jeans and a cardigan as she strutted out of the Heart Radio studios last week.

The popstar seemed in good spirits as she left the station in her chic look which featured a boxy-fit pink cardigan with silver jewel details and a pair of fitted jeans.

The singer finished off her look with a pair of white glittery heels, sunglasses and a matching white handbag.

Ashley’s outfit choice came in handy earlier that day as she posed with the cast of Mean Girls the Musical, captioning a snap on her Instagram Story with a famous quote from the chick flick.

Over a snap of her in a pink Christmas hat, smiling at the camera with the cast behind her, she wrote: ‘On Wednesdays we were pink @meangirlsmusical so nice to meet you!’.

The pop star’s look comes after she got in to the festive spirit on Tuesday with co-star Amanda Holden as the pair donned sexy Santa outfits.

Heart Breakfast host Amanda, 53, sizzled in a red strapless Santa dress which boasted a white fur trim as she and Ashley celebrated the start of Advent.

Amanda teamed her festive frock with a matching cape, a Christmas hat, and knee-high black boots as she posed up a storm at Heart FM studios in London.

Posting a slew of sizzling snaps to her Instagram, she joked: ‘Tis Officially Christmas season. Although I’ve been ready since November 6th!!! (Christmas tree emojis)’

Meanwhile, her co-host also took to her Instagram to post several stunning snaps of the pair frolicking around the studio.

Ashley looked sensational in a green velvet elf dress which boasted short frilly sleeves, a red panel at the bust, and a white petticoat underskirt.

Ashley teamed her festive frock with candy cane striped over-the-knee socks, a Christmas hat, and patent red court heels.

The star also recently opened up about her romance with her artist boyfriend George Rollinson.

Ashley told MailOnline she loves being beside the sea and one day hopes for a home on the coast where she can settle down following years of global travel.

She said: ‘Yes, George is British. It’s funny because I have been here so long that when I go back to the States, I’m much more aware of the differences…

‘American men are, I feel bad saying this, but they’re overwhelming, they are too much. I’m like, you need to calm down.

‘I think because I grew up in that culture, I didn’t necessarily think anything different but now I’ve lived here for so long and I’ve dated in the past, many years ago, European men…

‘But I don’t even imagine myself dating an American guy now. They have a different approach. Even in places like Vegas it’s all around you that kind of testosterone.’

Ashley, who’s originally from Phoenix, Arizona, says she is thankful to have settled down in Britain and after The Pussycat Dolls went their separate ways in 2010, has finally found financial ‘stability’ thanks to her regular slot on Heart Breakfast.
