AFL WAG Rebecca ‘Bec’ Judd reveals the biggest regrets she has from her 20s: ‘I put a bag over my head’

Rebecca ‘Bec’ Judd revealed on Wednesday the biggest regrets she has from when she was just 20-years-old, as she stripped down to her underwear in her latest sponsored post.
The AFL WAG, who is now 41, took to Instagram to spruik a tanning product as she flaunted her slim frame and told all about the wildest time of her life.
Twisting this way and that as she showed off her figure, the socialite admitted her biggest regret was ‘putting a bag over her head’ so she could tan in a sunbed.
‘I used to go to the solarium a lot, maybe like two or three times a week. I would put a bag on my head because I didn’t want to get wrinkles,’ she said.
‘I would just cook the skin on my body. I’m lucky I don’t have more sun damage on my body.’
Bec went on to say she has ‘had little things removed and biopsied’, but thankfully she had no serious health consequences from tanning as much as she did.

The mum-of-four also said she regrets sleeping in her makeup, over-plucking her eyebrows and eating poorly while she was a young adult.
‘I used to come home from going out and I wouldn’t take my makeup off probably and I would just go to bed in it,’ she said.
‘If I didn’t take my mascara off… I would wake up with an eye infection.’
She added: ‘I ate so badly. I lived off Red Rooster rooster rolls. So yum. White bread, really sweet mayonnaise and chicken and that’s it. I’d have a rooster roll every day.’
Bec proudly flaunted her incredible figure as she applied fake tan all over her body with a mitt during her latest sponsored post.
Despite not wearing a scrap of clothing aside from undergarments, Bec made sure her complexion looked glamorous, rocking a barely-there makeup look.
Her brunette tresses fell in loose waves over her shoulders.
Appearing to be a pro when it comes to tanning application, Bec happily chatted to the camera as she propped her leg up on a white ottoman to rub the tan into her long legs.

Bec’s tanning process left her fans feeling anxious earlier this year when she shared yet another video of herself applying tan while wearing a black bikini.
Followers of the socialite were left stunned in July when she used the famously staining brown lotion in her all-white bedroom.
‘Omg tan on the rug and ottoman… lol giving me anxiety too,’ wrote one person in the comments.
‘That bottle on the cream boucle is killing me inside,’ another commented with someone else adding, ‘Eeeek the fresh tan near the fresh white giving me chills!’
‘Can’t believe you are doing this in such a white/cream room! My OCD is kicking wanting to save that boucle chair,’ wrote someone else.
However, many were impressed by Bec’s skills as the fashion designer didn’t stain the area around her at all.
‘And you’re an expert in tan application… Not even a drop on the furniture,’ said one fan.
Bec has long been a beacon of ageless beauty, spruiking skincare brands, facials and non-surgical treatments for her plump, age-defying visage.

For two decades, she has denied having any plastic surgery or cosmetic procedure done, instead pointing to healthy living and expensive skincare as her saving grace.
However, fans of the socialite became sceptical recently when an influencer watch dog account on Instagram began sharing before and after photos of Bec.
The images cast doubt on her ‘natural transformation’ over the past 20 years following her impressionable debut at the 2004 Brownlow Medal in a now famous red dress.
Stepping out on the red carpet that night, Bec flaunted her genetically blessed features enhanced by a glamorous smoky eye and glossy nude lip.
A comparison photo shared by before.after_influencers showed the socialite still enjoys a nude lip, but now appears to rock a fuller pout.
Another side-by-side snap of the Jaggad co-founder saw her cheeks looking a touch rounder and more defined as she flashed a pearly white smile.
But perhaps the most notable feature of all is the complete absence of lines on Bec’s flawless complexion—particularly around her eyes.
Whether she is laughing or striking a sultry pose for the camera, it appears the WAG has stopped time in its place as she rocks the same tight visage from her youth.
Despite the speculation, Bec has always remained firm on the claim she maintains her glowing complexion using faces peels and skincare products.
Bec, who shares four children—twins Tom and Darcy, eight, daughter Billie, ten, and Oscar, 12—with husband Chris Judd, has been an ambassador for The Skincare Company since 2016 and a customer since 2014, often touting it online as her go-to for flawless skin.
The WAG also gets regular non-surgical cosmetic treatments from the Flawless Rejuvenation clinic in Melbourne.
These include: EXION RF microneedling, hydrafacials, laser genesis, fraxel laser treatments (which in 2017 Bec said felt like a ‘blow torch’ to the face), and LED masks.
