The stage is set for the Masters final now after Kyren Wilson booked his place in the showpiece event with a thumping victory over Judd Trump. The world champion will battle it out with Shaun Murphy for glory at Alexandra Palace.
Murphy sealed his spot in the final with a 6-3 victory over Mark Allen earlier in the day, and did so in style having recorded a sensational 147 just days after agonisingly missing out on the maximum.
Wilson then produced a statement of his own to defeat Trump by the same scoreline, and a fascinating final is in store now tomorrow with the duo eyeing the £350,000 prize fund.
